Returns & Exchanges

At AYO, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your AYO account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
